本週片語[ pull in] to attract (people) to (an event, etc. ), often in large numbers.

例如

1. 1.      If you don’t advertise the concert, you won’t pull in enough people to make a profit.
2. 2.      The advertising posters certainly pulled the crowds in.
3. 3.      There were crowds of people at the meeting and it was definitely the advertising campaign that had pulled them in.

吸引…(參與一些活動)，另外還有(火車，交通工具)到站的意思

例如: We pulled in at midnight.
