今天小編要介紹的片語是【stretch out】 to lay (oneself or someone)out straight:

Ex.

1. 1.       Frank was tired and stretched himself out on the sofa.
2. 2.       The nurses stretched the patient out on the bed.
3. 3.       Let's stretch ourselves out for a minute--we've been sitting here for over 3 hours.

Stretch 這個字在棒球賽第7場也會出現，他們叫做”seventh inning stretch”

因為看了7場也應該起來伸展身體啦~!
