對的!就是[排除]這詞rule out。
Rule out: to stop considering something as a possibility.
Ex.
1. The police have ruled out robbery as a motive for the murder.
2. Suicide has been ruled out as a cause of death.
3. We ruled out failure.
同義字有exclude and remove
