今天要敎的片語為leave behind: not to take (something or someone) with you, sometimes accidentally, sometimes deliberately.
Ex.
I can’t find my briefcase-I must have left it behind at the office.
3.      It had started to rain and Alice had left her umbrella behind on the bus.
